Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
The Overlay Personality Assessment Card stores team and team member information—including names, email addresses, group assignments, coach notes, and personality assessment results—on the Tool's server under the authenticated account that entered it. Data is sent over an encrypted connection.
If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials, which are managed by Clerk, Inc. under their privacy policy at clerk.com/privacy.
How We Use Information
We process team information to save your work and provide the Tool's reports, exports, intake forms, and other features. We do not sell team assessment data or use it for marketing. The Tool shares or sends team information only when an authorized user chooses a feature such as a share link, email, or export, or when disclosure is required to operate the service or comply with law.
Storage and Sync
The server is the primary record for synced team data. To prevent data loss, your browser also stores unsynced changes and a local recovery copy on the device you use. Offline changes remain in that browser and are sent to the server after connectivity returns or when the Tool is loaded again. Confirmed local recovery copies normally expire after seven days; browser settings or manual clearing may remove them sooner.
Data Retention
Synced team data remains on the server until an authorized user deletes the affected members, clears the current team, or deletes that team. Local unsynced or recovery copies may remain in that browser until they are synced, expire, or the browser's site data is cleared. Account data is retained while the account is active and may be deleted upon request.
Third-Party Frameworks
The assessment data entered by authorized users may reference third-party frameworks (MBTI®, Enneagram, CliftonStrengths®, Creative Types, Working Genius). The Tool does not obtain assessment results directly from those publishers; it stores and processes the values users choose to enter.

Acceptance
By accessing or using the Overlay Personality Assessment Card ("the Tool"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
Permitted Use
The Tool is provided for use by authorized individuals and organizations in connection with coaching, leadership development, and team assessment activities. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the Tool.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Isozaki Coaching LLC makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of third-party assessment data interpreted through this tool.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isozaki Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Educational Purpose
References to third-party marks within the Tool are for identification and educational purposes only and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owners.
Consent & Data Use
Consent to Data Entry
By entering another person's personality assessment results into this Tool, you confirm that you have obtained that individual's informed consent to record and use their assessment data for team development, coaching, or organizational purposes.
Sensitive Data
Personality assessment results may be considered sensitive personal data. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations) when entering and using data belonging to others.
Storage and Sync
Team assessment data is saved to the Tool's server under the authenticated account. The browser also keeps unsynced changes and a temporary recovery copy on the device you use so work is not lost during a connection problem. Offline changes are sent to the server after connectivity returns or when the Tool is loaded again. Confirmed recovery copies normally expire after seven days and can be removed sooner by clearing the browser's site data.
Authorized Use and Sharing
Isozaki Coaching LLC processes entered data to provide the Tool. An authorized user can also choose to disclose information through share links, email, or exported files. You are responsible for limiting access, protecting downloaded files and links, and using these features only for the purposes covered by the individual's consent.
Your Rights
Individuals whose data is entered may request correction or removal of their information. An authorized user can edit or delete individual members, clear the current team's data, or delete a team. Local unsynced or recovery copies may remain on that device until they are synced, expire, or the browser's site data is cleared.
Third-Party Frameworks
This Tool is not affiliated with the publishers of MBTI®, Enneagram, CliftonStrengths®, Creative Types, or Working Genius. Your use of those assessments is governed by each publisher's own terms.
